In property valuation we undertake inspection, analysis and estimation of the market value of tangible property such as vacant land, residential, industrial and commercial buildings. We also undertake valuation of heavy equipment, plant and machineries, transportation equipment, mining and plantation.
We undertake business valuation by examining various relevant economic factors, transactions and activities of a business using predetermined formulas to assess the market value of the business or an owner’s interest in a company. Business valuation may be conducted to provide an accurate snapshot of the company’s financial standing to present to current or potential investors.
Feasibility studies aim to objectively and rationally uncover the strengths and weaknesses of an existing business or proposed venture, opportunities and threats as presented by the environment, the resources required to carry through, and ultimately the prospects for success.
A fairness opinion is a professional statement on the result of a decision-making process, particularly on the financial fairness of an intended or an agreed transaction price. Its purpose is not to calculate a transaction price but a fairness opinion can help the board determine whether a proposed transaction is fair to relevant stakeholders.
Project Monitoring is required by bank or other financial institution related with their activities to provide loans to their customers. The banks or other financial institutions will give instructions to the consultants to monitor and review the financial activities and physical progress of project construction.
